    I have made a request to change the admin email on the website because I am taking over those duties. The message says that an email will be sent to my email address to confirm the change, but that email has never appeared in my email. How do I resolve this issue?

    I find that the efficient way to change the admin email is to make the change directly in the database. The database is often available inside your webhosting account in an area labeled phpmyadmin. After you locate the database, find the options table in the database (might be labeled something like wp_options). In the options table find the row corresponding admin_email in the column option_name. Type the new email address for the admin_email and save it.
