Adding Extra Fonts

I am currently working on a fitness website but I want to change font of this site. Is there some way I can upload some fonts the site other than those that are already there in theme?
This site is currently on Kadence theme.

You can use a custom fonts with Kandence theme. The process is documented on the theme documentation Kadence Custom Fonts.
