Podcast with Member of USD President’s Council on Diversity and Inclusiveness
On July 16, 2020, a member of the USD President’s Council on Diversity and Inclusiveness gave an interview with Voices Amplified, a “New USD Podcast Series to Explore Systemic Racism, Social Justice and Criminal Justice Reform.”
During the interview, the Council member explains that the United States is systemically racist and that people ought to be assigned special rights and responsibilities based on whether they are “privileged” or not. She also makes far-reaching claims about the scientifically-dubious concept of “implicit bias” and explains how her teaching is a form of political activism.
