Cool! Hey!
Tell your barristers and Australia. This is about US Humanitarian rights.
Adjudicate mental health trial
I am appealing or demand a retrial and closure of my jarvis order or beyond.
I communicate fluently in english. I am an ESL English speaker in Elementary school and native born of U.S.A. I am from Vietnamese parents. My dad remarried and my mom needs Vietnamese interpreter services.
I know what a neuroleptic medication is, and; how much I need it. That is without question. Let the record indicate I know that a neuroleptic is and that I need to take it. Still, the state’s right to impose jarvis order is unconstitutional or incorrect or both. A person’s need of it is in medical literature and some are unable to be without neuroleptic. Still, no person, immigrant or minority or educated or not, should be forced on dangerous neuroleptic medical procedures and experimental neuroleptic drugs without right or recourse of inalienable or constitutional rights.
In addition to retrial, I am challenging the constitutional rights of neuroleptic patients or thereof, their procedures. It is unconstitutional to force a mankind onto dangerous medical procedures for public safety. That is like saying my Dad needs interpreter services even though he can speak English. Maybe he can’t understand so he should be forced interpreter services by the county.
There is the question of prejudice and discrimination.
I grew up in Vietnamese immigrant family. There are three Vietnamese homes in my neighborhood. My mom requires Vietnamese translation services from Hennepin County, MN, USA. They are afraid to come forward. My family is full of emigres. To be honest I am too. My parents immigrated to United States in 1975 and in the 80’s. I grew up going to public school in America. I graduated from high school; so does that mean I can operate within Jarvis order parameters? Yes, I think so.
The question of my intelligence is undisputed. I graduated Summa Cum Laude at Champlin Park High School in 2005. I volunteered at Unity Hospital in Fridley, MN, USA for 100 hours.
I went to college to study Philosophy major at Carleton College in 2005-2009. I was awarded bachelor of arts (BA) in philosophy in 2009. I worked and had my own LLC for years.
Further, I am a medical practitioner as qualified by the State of Minnesota. I practice acupuncture.
I am living in a group home under the auspices of Hennepin County, Minnesota, United States. I am bring jailed there, have evening curfew, and imposed under the law to take neuroleptics. The United States of America should not imprison anyone in a group house/home. They should not force US Citizens to take drugs against their will. My group home is run by Nigerian immigrants, too. There is a drug rehab patient living with me. I have called 911 for public disturbance several times.
I’m requiring a retrial or reinterpretation of the law in order to free me from corruption in the law about neuroleptic procedures.
This document needs to be translated into Vietnamese for my foreign born parents. They need an interpreter, if they desire or cannot understand me.
