Delatite Winery
At Delatite we specialise in naturally made wines. Our grapes are all grown using biodynamic principles and the wines are made with minimal intervention. This stems from wanting to leave the land in a better place than when we became it's custodian and allowing the natural characteristics in the grapes to shine.

Things to do...
Mansfield Farmers Market
The Mansfield Farmers Market is a fresh and artisan produce market held year-round in the median strip opposite the Post Office – right in the centre of Mansfield – on the fourth Saturday of the month.
Over 30 colourful marquees set up on the grassy median strip right in the middle of town, showcasing the best fresh and artisan produce from the region, such as cheese, sourdough bread, olive oil, free-range meats and eggs and other fresh produce.
Operated by Walker Events, the farmers’ market was awarded the Victorian Tourism Award for Food Tourism in 2013.
Fourth Saturday of the month (February – December) 8:30am to 1:00pm.
Swiftcrest Distillery
Swiftcrest Distillery is a small family distillery striving to make the best spirits in the world from the best biodynamic and organic ingredients. Set on a family farm of 120 acres they have stunning views to Mt Buller and across the Delatite Valley.
They are one of Australia’s, if not the worlds, most sustainable distilleries. They are completely off-grid and use deadfall timber gathered on their property to run a wood-fired steam boiler to heat their stills.
Located only ten minutes from the picturesque town of Mansfield, Swiftcrest Distillery is available to visit for pre-booked Distillery Tours.

Global Ballooning
Start your morning with an approx. 1 hour hot air balloon flight in Mansfield. A natural pastural basin surrounded by foothills and the Alpine Ranges, which makes for perfect scenery to experience ballooning.
Horse Riding
Trot, canter or gallop in the 'hoofsteps' of Victoria's pioneers. The mountains, rivers and trails await.
Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, want to ride for a few hours or a few days – horse riding is an experience not to be missed. Trail rides can accommodate complete beginners through to experienced riders and range in length from two hours to five days.

Check out is by 10am.
At check out time, you must check out of the house and return the single key to the key box. A replacement fee will apply should the key(s) be missing.
