Training Programs
We offer several job training tracks: General Manufacturing, Manufacturing Exploration and Materials Handling. The goal of each program is to build skills for potential workers, depending on their needs and previous experience. Our goal is to vet potential workers for you. After working with them in our facility, we’re able to evaluate their skill set and work ethic in order to make a great career match. If you’re looking for employees with specific skills, let us know! We can incorporate your needs into our training.
Job Recruiting
We Make RI has access to a vast pool of qualified workers. If you have an open job, we can help you find the right candidate through postings on our job board or by welcoming you to one of our job fairs. These services are FREE to our employer partners. We only ask that you keep us up-to-date on new jobs and hires.
