Virtual Assistant & Neurodivergent AdvocateBecause you deserve support that actually works.

Hey, I’m Stacey.

I make life lighter for neurodivergent humans - with practical support that actually works for your brain.

My team and I provide real, done-for-you help. No judgement. No pressure. No fluff. Just structure, consistency, and genuine care - the kind you’ve probably needed and been searching for, for a long time.

Meet Stacey

Founder. Right-hand woman. Professional chaos untangler. Proud neurodivergent ally.

I didn’t wake up one morning with a perfectly mapped-out plan to start a Virtual Assistant business. There was no vision board. No dramatic “this is my calling” moment. It wasn’t like that.

What actually happened? I hit a wall. A real one. The kind you don’t see coming until you’re already exhausted from running straight into it.

Before that, I’d built a solid career in Facilities Management - on a U.S. Air Force base, growing from an administrator to an Operations Manager handling over 1,500 tasks every single month. On paper, I was thriving. I was organised, dependable, and more than capable of keeping complex systems running smoothly.

But behind the scenes, I was running on fumes. I was the one holding everything together - deadlines, people, problems while quietly unravelling myself. From the outside, it looked like I had it all under control. Inside? Not so much.

Eventually, my brain made the decision for me. It just said, “Nope.” I was signed off sick. Properly burnt out. Not the “I need a weekend off” kind - this was the full system shutdown.

So I did something different. I moved house. I rested. I gave myself space to think. And I started asking the uncomfortable questions. What am I actually doing? Who am I doing it for? And at what cost?

Then one random afternoon, while scrolling TikTok of all places, I stumbled across the idea of becoming a Virtual Assistant. It wasn’t glamorous.

It wasn’t part of some five-year master plan. It didn’t come with a shiny rebrand or a dramatic reinvention.

It just… made sense.

Ever feel like you’re pushing uphill all the timein your business or lifewith your never-ending to-do list, even inside your own head?

If you’re managing a neurodivergent condition on top of everything else, that uphill climb can feel twice as steep. You’re not just trying to do life. You’re managing energy, focus, overwhelm, expectations… all at once.

And let’s make one thing clear: this isn’t a personal failure.

Most traditional productivity systems weren’t designed for neurodivergent brains. They’re built around rigid routines, perfectly linear thinking, and a bottomless well of energy. For many of us, that’s just not realistic. And trying to force yourself into those boxes? It’s exhausting.

That’s exactly why my team and I do what we do.

We support neurodivergent people with practical, hands-on help that actually fits the way you work. No squeezing you into systems that make you feel broken. No side-eye. No “have you tried waking up earlier?” nonsense. Just thoughtful, tailored support that works with your brain - not against it.

If you’re ready to feel genuinely supported (instead of constantly being told to “try harder”), let’s talk.

Book a free discovery call, and we’ll figure out what would truly make your life easier - in a way that feels sustainable, not stressful.

You Might Be Wondering…

Here are some of the questions people usually ask before working with us.

If yours isn’t here, just drop me an email at:  and I’ll reply as soon as I can. I’m always happy to help.

A Virtual Assistant (VA) is someone who supports you with the practical tasks that take up your time and energy - remotely.

That might be admin, inbox management, booking appointments, organising systems, content creation, or helping you navigate things like Access to Work.

In simple terms?

We take care of the things that are overwhelming you, so you can focus on what actually matters.

We support neurodivergent adults - especially those with ADHD who feel overwhelmed trying to keep up with life, work, or both.

Many of the people we work with are business owners, freelancers, and professionals. They’re incredibly talented at what they do. From the outside, they look capable and successful. Behind the scenes, though, they’re exhausted from trying to juggle everything alone.

We also support disabled and LGBTQ+ clients who are looking for practical, judgement-free help that actually fits the way their brain works. No one-size-fits-all systems. No unrealistic expectations. Just tools, structure, and support designed around how you think, focus, and function day to day.

If you’re capable but constantly overwhelmed, organised yet completely burnt out, or simply tired of carrying everything on your own, you’re not failing you’re overloaded. And you’re probably exactly the kind of person we’re here to help.

Pretty much everywhere.

Because we operate remotely, we’re able to support clients across the globe. It doesn’t matter whether you’re in a busy city or a quiet corner of the world -  distance isn’t a barrier for us.

As long as we can stay connected and coordinate across time zones, everything runs smoothly. We’re used to flexible schedules and virtual collaboration, so working internationally feels natural to us.

So wherever you’re based, you’re not out of reach. Need support? Just send a message - we’re ready when you are.

Our standard rate is £35 per hour for retainer based support.

If you need ad hoc help, the rate is £40 per hour. This option works well when you only need occasional assistance without committing to ongoing support.

Looking for something more consistent?

We also offer fixed monthly packages, along with fully customised support options tailored to your specific needs. Whether you need regular help or a more flexible arrangement, we can shape a plan around what works best for you.

Right now, we offer a range of practical, reliable support services designed to make your day-to-day work smoother and less stressful. Whether you need help staying organised or managing communication, we’ve got you covered.

Here’s what we currently provide:

  • Access to Work support

  • Administrative Support

  • Content Creation

  • Lifestyle Management

  • Move Out Support

Don’t see exactly what you’re looking for? Reach out anyway.

If it’s something we can genuinely help with, we absolutely will. And if it’s not in our wheelhouse, we’ll be upfront and honest about that too.

Yes.

All of our Virtual Assistants are based in the UK and carry Professional Indemnity Insurance as standard.

We also take data protection seriously. Every assistant is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

In short, your business and your data are treated with the care they deserve.

We work professionally, securely, and transparently at all times, so you can focus on your business and your life with confidence, knowing everything behind the scenes is covered properly and responsibly.

Absolutely not.

As your Virtual Assistant, we’re here to support you in whatever way you need and that doesn’t always fit neatly into a job description. Often our support goes beyond tasks and to-do lists.

No two clients are ever supported in exactly the same way, because no two people work the same way. We take the time to understand what you need and tailor our support around that.

So honestly? Talk to us about anything and everything.

We love a chat and we’re here to make your life easier, in whatever way that looks like for you.

Yes - absolutely.

We support clients at every stage of the Access to Work journey, so whether you’re just getting started or dealing with something more complex, you’re not on your own.

That includes help with new applications, ongoing claims, renewals, and reconsiderations which is actually a particular area of expertise for us. If things feel confusing, delayed, or overwhelming, we can step in and guide you through it clearly and calmly.

Every situation is different, and Access to Work can sometimes feel like a maze. If you’d like to talk through where you’re at, book a free discovery call. We’ll listen, explain your options in plain English, and outline exactly how we can support you - no pressure, just clarity.

Stop pushing harder.Let us take it from here.
