VEIN is a multiplayer sandbox survival game that takes place in a post-apocalyptic world that is reeling after "the apocalypse" struck that took the lives of many and turned others into undead flesh-eating zombies. In it, you play as one of the last remaining humans, and you must find a way to survive the aftermath and rebuild a semblance of society once more.
The world it features has a dynamic weather system that affects everything around you. Gather supplies and explore abandoned buildings to create a base. Apart from zombies, you will also need to defend your home from bandits looking to steal from you. Once you settle in, you can start practicing other activities like farming crops and fishing to help you establish long-term sustainability.
Not everyone in this world is a threat, though, as you will also encounter other survivors who you can befriend and work together with to increase your chances of survival against attacks. You can even salvage and refuel vehicles to make getting around much faster. Now, as mentioned earlier, this is just a demo version, and there is no exact release date for the full game yet.

All in all, VEIN is yet another interesting new survival game to give a try. What's intriguing about it is its multiplayer aspect, which will make the gameplay experience that much more interactive and challenging as you try to determine friend from foe, while dealing with the threat of zombies all around you.
