The Bob Bennett Memorial Scholarship was established in remembrance of Robert P. Bennett, a dedicated credit union advocate, to inspire future generations to pursue their academic goals. Three students will be awarded the following scholarships:

  • Grand Prize: $2,000 Scholarship

  • Second Place: $1,500 Scholarship

  • Third Place: $750 Scholarship

Eligibility & Requirements

To be eligible for the Bob Bennett Memorial Scholarship, you must be a Unity One Credit Union member in good standing and be enrolled at a two-year or four-year college or vocational/technical school, and hold a minimum 2.8 grade point average, on a 4-point scale.

To streamline the submission process, please have the following items completed and ready to upload:

  • Current Academic Record or Transcript

  • Extracurricular Activities (optional, but strongly recommended)

  • Complete required Zogo modules:

    • "Choose a Financial Institution"

    • "Open a Bank Account"

  • Use the same email address for both your scholarship application and Zogo modules
