Sneak Peek.

Working on some new junk journals that I will have up soon in Etsy store. Playing with a new color combination, trying a pop of teal for something less traditional to the fall colors. I'm still having browns and yellows, but they will be more muted, I want the teal and gold to be more pronounce. Well, that's the plan, let's see what happens.

Do I need a reason to decorate and make our lives more beautiful, not. But, fall sure helps.

Grateful for my family, for our home and for my life.

Skinny Mini.

This is my take on a skinny Mini, inspired by Lourie, I love her work because she's so talented. This was so much fun to put together. The idea is for it to look like a cascading journal, I got work on that. But, the pictures do it no justice, this little lady is so pretty. 

 

Freeling so grateful.

Well it's fall for me. I'm starting to decorate for fall early this year, at least inside the house or my neighbors will think I'm really nuts. It's still so hot and don't care, because I'm so ready for fall already. I haven't even started cleaning up in the garden yet. I usually do that first and that set the mood for me, but it's just been so hot for garden work. 

I donated a lot our my fall stuff last year, We had them for like 20 years and I needed a change. So little by little I'll replace them. My Jamo did treat me to a few new items this year at HL and I'm excited to see them up. I just love to decorate, well my version of it. But, fall has to be my favorite, I think I enjoy it more than Christmas. I feel so blessed that my biggest concern this week is to decorate for fall, thank you Lord for my life.  

I'm in love with these 2 little lanterns. they were very dirty and in a gray color, I cleaned them up and gave them a new coat of paint and they're so cute now. Not sure how I'm going to use the, Garage sale find, for next to nothing.
