2024/25 Pasadena Symphony Volunteering
  • 2024/25 Pasadena Symphony Volunteering

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Pasadena Symphony!

We're currently recruiting energetic and enthusiastic volunteers for our 2024/25 Classics season and Holiday Candlelight performances to act as ushers, assist with venue setup/cleanup, greet concertgoers, scan tickets and guide patrons throughout our venues.

Below is a survey gathering your availability for our concert dates. Please let us know when you are available to volunteer, mark those dates on your calendar, and wait to receive an email from Greg Heining (House Manager) to confirm your assigned performance the week preceding each concert.

    • There are 2 performances for each concert date (except on Friday, Dec. 13). Volunteers can select which performance(s) to work and are not required to work both performances on a given date.
    • Bottled water and snacks are provided. Meals between performances are not provided by the Pasadena Symphony (except on Dec. 14).
    • Complimentary tickets are offered to volunteers (as availability allows).
    • If you need any paperwork signed for your school's community service requirement, please bring a copy with you to the concert.

Our volunteers are an integral and highly valued part of our success as a nonprofit performing arts organization. Your contributions of time and energy are deeply valued and gratefully received. If you have any questions or need to change your availability, please email Greg Heining, House Manager, at volunteer@pasadenasymphony-pops.org.
