Located in a major hub of design week, your design will feature alongside many flagship MDW exhibitions with maximal exposure. We will present innovative product designs as well as hearty design discourse through presentations.

The exhibition aims to showcase the breadth of new design; highlighting innovation, craftsmanship, and a forward-thinking approach.
Through physical works and thought-provoking discussion, the event will:
- Promote the next generation of designers and studios.
- Strengthen connections between design, technology, and sustainability.
- Encourage audiences to engage critically with design’s impact and legacy.
Following the success of our FUTUREPROOF event in 2025, three sold-out nights and 30+ projects exhibited. Our 2026 program will continue to grow the conversation around contemporary Australian design.
DETAILS
- Work must be designed and developed in Australia.
- Finished works or assemblies should fit within a maximum footprint of approximately 1000mm × 1000mm × 1000mm. Works larger than this must undergo additional consideration.
- Existing works or early-stage concepts from both professionals and students are welcome, provided they are feasible for exhibition.
Participation fee: $150 per accepted project due on Wednesday, March 25 (standard plinths supplied if required)
