California’s Experts on Affordable and Sustainable Housing Finance and Policy

Created by the Legislature in 1988 as a private nonprofit “do-and-think” tank with a public mission, the California Housing Partnership combines on-the-ground technical assistance with policy leadership at the state and national level to increase the supply of affordable and sustainable homes in California.
