My books screen is where you can view manage your book collection. You can add external feeds like the Open Public Distribution System(OPDS) in the Catalogues section. Then, Settings has your language and keyboard options.
When you select a book to read, the Reader view will appear and will provide various settings and tools that you can use. Change things like the layout, spacing, and theme with the Settings button. See the table of contents, bookmarks, and jump to pages via the Navigation button. You can create a separate window for the reader view with the Detach button.
Lastly, there are keystroke options that you can use for easier usage and navigation. There typically trigger by pressing the Ctrl+(key) that corresponds to a certain action. Apart from that, there are no advanced features in Thorium Reader that you can use, which may or may not be a downside to you depending on your use case.
