Discover our impact on young people's lives
Simone, Age 17
“I managed to talk about things I’d never spoken to anyone about before and I’ve grown so much. I wouldn’t be where I am today without my therapist.”
Leo, Age 21
“I achieved being able to talk openly during my sessions and get suggestions from my therapist rather than being told what to do.”
Ahmed, Age 14
“I was able to express my emotions well. We used cards and did activities like the Tree of Life, which was particularly helpful to my growth.”
