Custom code and scripts you add on the website may conflict with the theme. Resulting issues are not covered by our Support Policy. For any development work, you can always refer to our custom studio.
Server Environment Setup
Issues caused by your web hosting, server environment or software installed on your local machine go beyond our standard support service. Please contact your web hosting provider or consult the documentation for the software that you’re using to get the necessary assistance.

Common Questions
Where can I find my purchase code?
The purchase code can be found in your Themeforest account, Downloads. Please follow instructions in this article in order to find your purchase code. In case you ordered the theme directly from Themerex.net website, please log into your account and click on “View Details and Downloads” in the Purchase History to find your purchase code.
Can I get the images I saw on the theme demo?
All the images on the demo are copyrighted to their respective owners and used for demonstration purposes only. We do not package them with the theme, however we do include their blurred/watermarked versions during the demo data import. Our Tech Support team can send you the list of image IDs from depositphotos.com, just submit a support ticket.
Where can I get PSD files for my theme?
You can always receive PSD source files of your theme by submitting a support ticket.
I am not able to activate a bundled plugin using a license key
Bundled plugins are fully functional without the license key activation. You will get plugin updates in the following theme releases or via tickets. We keep to the Envato Policy on Bundled plugins.
How to extend/renew my theme support?
You can always extend your support period by purchasing additional 6 month of theme support. Please use the following link.
How many websites can I build with one theme license?
One theme license can be used for one website/domain only. If you need to use the theme for more than one domain, you need to buy an additional license.
How can I ask for a refund?
We keep to the Envato customer refund policy. In order to request a refund, please use the following link.

Each of our themes comes with 6 months of premium support, which can be extended at any time. Support time schedule is Monday – Friday: 10.00 – 19.00 CET. We answer all questions within 12-24 hours, however in some cases a slight delay may occur due to our team analyzing and fixing the issue.
