Update 3/18: Only 3 booth spots remaining. We have sold out of the 85 main exhibit area booth spaces, but we have the entire conference center and have added 10 booths in one of our overflow rooms across the hall and have sold half of those. Come join our other exhibitors already in the overflow room using the registration link below. Signage will be posted in the main exhibit area listing the overflow room(s) vendors. Final registration is 5/1. As of 3/3/26, we have 88 healthcare attendees registered. Most are decision makers from nationwide organizations such as Baptist Memorial, St. Jude, HCA, LifePoint, CHS, Methodist, and several multi-facility systems.

Also, at the C&E, we have dedicated larger rooms for those that would like more space to showcase their products/services and/or exhibit with vendor partners. We can also accept mobile showrooms outdoors at no extra fee with an indoor booth registration. You will need to contact [email protected] for logistics on outdoor showrooms.

We have over 75 healthcare attendees already registered for the C&E with facility management directors and corporate decision makers from national corporations and major hospitals like HCA, CHS, LifePoint, St Jude, Vanderbilt, Baptist Memorial Healthcare, Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare, Prisma Health, U.T. Medical, Maury Regional, Cookville Regional, Ballad Health, and Erlanger along with many smaller healthcare groups and county hospitals.

We have an entire 30,000+ square foot conference center booked for the next 2 years at the RenShoals Resort & Spa. The dates are June 1-3, 2026 & June 7-9, 2027. We will also have dedicated rooms for larger exhibits than the general booth space can fit. These rooms can be configured and used as needed including possible meet & greets. Mobile showrooms can be set up in the parking lot if an indoor booth or other sponsorship has been purchased.
