Change how your plan handles dependencies in the same iteration
This page refers to the advanced planning features that are only available as part of Jira Cloud Premium and Enterprise.
Planners have the option to change whether dependent work items that have been scheduled to the same iteration show as off-track dependencies. This applies when scheduling work by sprints on the timeline and in the program board.
Most planners won’t need to touch this setting. However, we recommend turning this setting off if you’re using the auto-scheduler.
To change how concurrent dependencies are displayed in your plan:
Next to your plan’s name in the sidebar, select More actions (•••), then Plan settings.
On the Estimation and scheduling page, use the checkbox next to Dependent work items can be scheduled to the same iteration.
