作業項目の時間を記録する
Jira provides flexibility to set estimation and tracking statistics based on your team’s needs.
Time tracking helps with project schedule planning and managing time expectations. Reports show the original and current time estimates for all work items, and whether they are ahead or behind schedule.
Teams often need to estimate how long work will take to deliver, sprint to sprint. As they complete stories, the team develops a cadence. This is also called velocity. The team tracks the estimation units they've completed from sprint to sprint to know how much they can do in future sprints, and have confidence the work will be completed.
You can monitor time spent by viewing the time tracking bars on work items.

You must have the following to do the things described in this section.
Role: App admin(to enable or disable time tracking)
Permission: Browse projects, Work on work items
If you don’t see the time tracking field in your project, contact your Jira admin for help. Read more about configuring time tracking.
Time tracking appears in the details panel of a work item. It shows the time logged so far and the time remaining.
If a work item has more than 100 child work items, you can't include them in time tracking. We recommend keeping a limit of 100 child work items per work item. More about parent and child work items.
Estimate a work item
Before you start work on a work item, you can set a time, or other type of estimate, to calculate how much time or effort it will take to resolve. The field you set your estimate in depends on your chosen estimation method.
This could be Original estimate, Work item count, or a custom method. Story points (for story and epic work types) are also available in software projects.
作業項目の見積もりを設定する方法:
Select the work item and choose the Original estimate, Story points or custom estimation field.
Enter the amount of time or number of story points you think it will take to finish the work item.
You can use the time tracking report to compare the original and current time estimates for work items in the current project.
You can enter time estimates and log time in weeks (w), days (d), hours (h), and minutes (m). For example, you could estimate 3w or 2d 4h 30m.
If you type a number without specifying a time unit, for example "2" instead of "2h", the default time unit set by your Jira admin will apply.
作業項目の時間を記録する
Once you start work on a work item, log time to keep a record. This lets you compare your original estimate with the actual time taken.
To log time on a work item:
Open the work item and select More actions (), then Log work. Or, select the Time tracking field.
Fill in the Log time fields, then select Save.
作業ログ エントリの編集
You need the Edit own work logs or Edit all work logs permission to edit work logs
To edit a work log:
Open a work item, and navigate to the Work log found in the activity section of a work item.
Find the time log entry, then select Edit.
Complete any relevant fields, and select Save.
When you edit or delete a time log entry, the previous values don’t change and are used to calculate the time remaining. If the time remaining isn't what you expect, manually update it in the Edit work log modal.
作業ログ エントリの削除
You need the Delete own work logs or Delete all work logs permission to delete work logs.
To delete a work log:
Open a work item, and navigate to the Work log found in the activity section of a work item.
Find the work log entry and select Delete.
You can adjust the remaining time estimate. You can get Jira to automatically adjust the time remaining by adding back the deleted time, or you can manually set a new time.
