We are a volunteer-run initiative dedicated to providing holistic, halal animal care rooted in love, cleanliness, and shared responsibility. Our sanctuary is home to cats, chickens, ducks, sheep, and even the occasional raccoon, each playing a role in the balance of farm life.

This is not just about animal care. It’s about building a community where children, families, and visitors can interact harmoniously with animals—learning respect, responsibility, and the joy of living closely with Allah’s creation.

We believe that when animals are cared for with dignity and compassion, the entire community benefits. Inshallah, this sanctuary will become a place where people connect to nature, deepen their spirituality, and support each other in service.

Why We Need Your Support

Michigan’s harsh winters and unpredictable seasons are tough on our animals. To keep them safe, clean, and healthy, we need to:

• Build seasonal shelters that protect animals from cold, heat, and storms.

• Create sustainable feeding systems that reduce waste and keep costs manageable.

• Improve sanitation and hygiene for both animals and volunteers.

• Develop volunteer programs to bring in knowledgeable caregivers who can keep our sanctuary safe, humane, and thriving.

The Gathering of Hearts on the Path

On the journey to Allah, it is not only human beings who walk.

Animals too are travelers,

each one with a heart that beats with the Name of the Creator.

The Master taught:

“He who shows mercy to the creatures of Allah

will receive mercy from the Lord of the Heavens.”

To gather the hearts of animals

is to look upon them with tenderness,

to feed them when they are hungry,

to give them water when they are thirsty,

and to protect them from cruelty.

Their hearts are innocent,

for they know nothing of arrogance or deceit.

They are pure mirrors of Divine Love,

and their presence reminds man of humility.

Every animal cared for along the path

is a heart gathered for Allah,

and every act of kindness towards them

is a firm step on the Way of Truth.
