Capitation Referendum 2026
Under Article 16 of the UCCSU Constitution a direct and universal vote of the entire UCC Student Body on a particular proposal, referred to hereinafter as a ''Student Referendum'', may be held by the Union in accordance with the terms of the constitution.
Student Referendums may be used to make amendments to the Constitution, mandate the Union to hold a particular stance or pursue a certain course of action so long as this stance/action does not conflict with the terms of the constitution and/or empower the collection of any additional student levies. As a member you are being asked the following:
Levy a €4 student capitation increase to fund a sabbatical Oifigeach na Gaeilge agus Chultúr na hÉireann and Sabbatical Sustainability Officer
