Every booking includes access to styled lifestyle sets, seamless backdrops, our lighting kit (Pro Speed lights, Continuous Model Lamps, softboxes/ Grid/ reflectors), props, plinths, stools, Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth speaker. The Product Photography Room is also included in studio hire, or can be booked separately if you only need that space.
Yes. We’re a self-service studio, so you’re welcome to bring your own equipment, photographer, videographer, or team. You can also keep things simple and just shoot with your phone on your own. The studio is designed to make content creation seamless at every level.
You’ll receive full access details once your booking is confirmed. The studio owner will meet you on the day of your booking. Our space is ground-level with easy loading doors and free parking directly outside, so bringing in equipment, products or artwork is straightforward.
Yes, studio visits can be arranged by appointment. Just get in touch via our Contact page to schedule a walkthrough
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 72 hours before your booking. Late cancellations may incur a fee. For full details, please see our Terms & Conditions on our booking page.
If the studio is available, you may extend your booking at our standard hourly rate. We recommend booking a little longer than you think you’ll need to allow for set-up and reset.
Content Creation & Product Photography
Yes. We provide seamless paper and fabric backdrops in neutral and seasonal colours, backdrop stands, clamps, and continuous LED lighting. These are included in your booking.
Absolutely. The studio is designed to work just as well for phone creators as for professional photographers. With good natural light, clean styled sets, and LED lighting, you’ll get a polished result regardless of your gear.
Yes. Styled furniture, plinths and small props are available for use. Please return everything to its original place at the end of your booking.
Yes. Add-ons include professional photography, videography, set design, editing services and one-to-one photography consultations. These can be arranged in advance — just let us know what you need.
The main studio comfortably accommodates 6–8 people working at a time. For larger gatherings or events, see our Event or Exhibition Hire pages for capacity details.

Event Hire
Our main room (approx. 49 m²) is best suited for 25–35 people depending on layout. For seated events such as talks or panels, capacity is closer to 30; for standing receptions or pop-ups, up to 35.
Light catering is welcome, and you may bring your own food, drinks or vendors. Please note we do not provide bar service or staffed catering unless discussed.
The studio provides plinths, easels, lighting and some furniture as standard. You may bring your own additional furniture, décor or AV equipment if required.
Yes. Décor must not damage walls or floors (no nails, permanent adhesives, etc.). Noise must be kept at a respectful level — the studio is intended for intimate events, not large-scale parties.
Yes. Guests are welcome to use the terrace benches, and Bamboo Park is directly outside for breaks or fresh air.
Exhibitions
No. Exhibitions are commission-free — 100% of your sales belong to you. You simply bring your own POS or payment setup.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own set-up, installation and take-down. We provide easels and plinths Please note wall mounting is not permitted.
Promotion is the responsibility of the exhibitor. However, we share selected events on our social media if requested.
Exhibition slots are available as evening showcases (3hr), half-day (4hr) or full-day (8hr). Multi-day bookings may be arranged by request.

Accessibility & Practical
Yes. We are ground-floor with level entry and wide doorways. If you or your guests have specific access needs, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Yes. Wi-Fi is included, and a Bluetooth speaker is available for background music.
Yes. Free on-site parking is available for both hosts and guests, directly outside the studio.
We’re in Glengarriff, West Cork, within Bamboo Park. The location offers not just a studio, but lush gardens, woodland and sea views for outdoor photography and guest enjoyment.
