FOR LEADERS, PROFESSIONALS & CHANGE-MAKERS
At Starhaus, we partner with both individuals and teams to transform the way they communicate. From one-on-one coaching for CEOs, executives, and industry leaders to long-term partnerships with organisations, our programs build clarity, presence, and impact. Whether you’re pitching to clients, presenting on stage, or leading with confidence day to day, we provide tailored support that delivers lasting results.
FOR KIDS & TEENS
We’ll build a clear class structure with progressive pathways from beginners discovering their voice to advanced programs that prepare young people for stage, screen, and life. Alongside weekly classes, we envision a membership model that fosters long-term growth, connection, and a true sense of belonging.

Laura Henshall Founder of Starhaus Studio
Formerly Speakers Little Secret
Laura Henshall is a born-and-raised Manchester girl with a deep belief in the power of voice.
Storytelling has always been at the centre of her life, not just as performance, but as a connection. As an impact. As leadership.
With a professional background in acting both on stage and on camera, Laura spent years training, performing, and running her own theatre company. It was there she developed a sharp understanding of presence, emotional intelligence, and the subtle art of holding a room.
What began in the theatre naturally evolved into something bigger.
The Evolution
In 2013, Laura founded Speakers Little Secret, a platform dedicated to helping people find confidence in front of an audience.
Over the years, she coached entrepreneurs, leaders and speakers to craft powerful keynotes, deliver compelling video content, and speak with clarity and conviction. She stepped onto stages across New York, the UK and Australia — refining not only her craft, but her philosophy.
But the real evolution began at home.
Becoming a mother to three girls shifted something profound. Watching them find their voices, navigate confidence, express emotion and build courage sparked a deeper mission. Laura didn’t just want to help professionals speak well; she wanted to help the next generation grow up believing their voice mattered.
That spark became Starhaus Studio.
