Welcome home.

“The extent to which people will defy nature to serve culture can be truly horrifying.” Martha Beck - Way of Integrity: Finding the Path to Your True Self

The notion of authenticity is very elusive as it challenges us to ask ourselves some hard questions: What do I really want in life? What lights me up? Being stuck for too long in cushy jobs, watching life unfold from the sidelines, creates the feeling of dissatisfaction but also visceral fear against taking a single step to change something.

Why? Without having access to ourselves, we don’t really know what step to make to take us to the destination truly aligned with our authentic expression. First, it takes courage to even attempt to admit it and seek support through different therapy modalities, coaching or simply unearthing long-lost hobbies. Second, it might get too overwhelming to know what tool serves the purpose of finding authentic core so we simply give up on even trying.

That’s when we step in offering a community hand-held experience to sample different healing modalities to get just enough context of what resonates the most while having accountability with folks on the same journey.

In this newsletter, we’ll discuss variety of tools ranging from therapy approaches, creative modalities such as improvisation to more woo woo avenues such as family constellations. We’ll also notify you of our latest workshops cohorts so stay tuned!

Welcome home where you can finally remember what you forgot about yourself.
