I know the struggles many musicians face firsthand. My career as a violinist was nearly stopped by repetitive strain injuries. At the time, I regarded myself as a sort of machine for getting the notes right, as opposed to someone who could play with real Soulforce.Â
What saved me was discovering a deeper purpose, which allowed me to play with real freedom, mastery, and soul. Since then, I’ve played on thousands of stages, recorded on dozens of albums, became a certified Alexander Technique teacher, and even wrote an award-winning book.Â
