I care deeply about people, processes and data. This is why I love designing robust services and infrastructure that allow all of these to run smoothly. I have many years of experience in IT management across all layers, from fibre-optic backbones up to layer 8+, as well as in free knowledge communities and open education projects.

I am an electrical engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) by training. And in my free time, I enjoy gardening and love exploring the outdoors on my folding bike or on foot.
