Compensation Plan + Growth Plan + Bonuses

Key Points

  • This is a 100% Virtual Role (No Location Restrictions)
  • There is no earning cap - compensation is based off the # of deals you close
  • The company average deal size is $15,000 and our goal is 4-6 deals/mo Per Rep

Commission (Quarterly Sliding Scale)

  • First $50,000 Revenue Closed = 10%
  • $50,000 - $100,000 Rev Closed = 12.5%
  • $100,000 - $200,000 = 15%
