Yes. Every AXOM compound includes a COA from an independent third-party laboratory. COAs are available for download on each product page and can also be found in our dedicated COA directory. Results include HPLC purity analysis, mass spectrometry confirmation, and endotoxin testing where applicable.

All domestic orders ship with 2-day shipping. Orders are processed within 1 business day. All packages are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with temperature-appropriate materials to ensure compound integrity during transit. Free shipping is available on orders over $250.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds should be stored in a cool, dry environment — ideally refrigerated between 2–8°C. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, compounds should be refrigerated and used within the timeframe specified on the product documentation. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact support@axomresearch.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Verified claims will be resolved with a replacement shipment.
