Our staff, volunteers and community partners work together to provide individualized support that each student needs to reach their full potential – from kindergarten to graduation and beyond. We work to remove barriers and fill in gaps so educators can do what’s most important – inspiring and educating students. 

Since our inception, shift_ed has remained focused on one singular goal – to ensure that all children have access to a quality education and have a tangible path towards economic mobility. 

Our work and how we tell the story of that work continues to evolve as the needs of students and educators change. But our focus has never wavered. Our work is consistently grounded in research, and we align our work with school systems’ experience-based needs.
