⊹.By commissioning me , you are agreeing to the rules I have set below. If you do not read them , I am not responsible for any errors in your accuracy.⊹·:¨༺ ♱✮♱ ༻¨:·General
- Please prepare and provide any form of reference beforehand , this can include but not limited to ;; a written out description , character sheet , Pinterest board , etc .
- I mostly use Discord more than Instagram as a form of communication , but you are still able to contact me through either platform .
- I am allowed to refuse any request I may be uncomfortable with , this includes ; insane complexity , obvious fetish art , plans of misusing the art (proship edit , AI training , etc.)
- If I do not immediately respond to your message , I may be busy at the moment . Please be patient and wait until I'm available .·:¨༺ ♱✮♱ ༻¨:·Payment
- At this moment , I am only accepting payment through Cashapp or Ko-Fi . [I will only accept Nitro and Robux on occasions.]
- Unless you are paying upfront , I expect at least 50% of the payment once the sketch is confirmed .
- The price may vary on complexity , please make sure to check with my prices and read them thoroughly .
- Refunds are not available on Commissions unless I have a reason to send your money back (ex. if I'm unable to complete the commission at all) . This does not apply to Adopts AT ALL , you are unable to request a refund for any Adoptables sold by me so please make sure you’ve made the right decision .·:¨༺ ♱✮♱ ༻¨:·Ownership
- All commissions may only be for personal usage unless agreed upon before the request is started . This means you cannot ; resell the commission or any products involving it , trace or alter it , claim credit as your own .
- My signature / logo is not allowed to be altered or erased from the commission at all .
- My art is NOT allowed to be sold as an NFT , Crypto , or used to train AI . Doing so will result in an automatic blacklist .
- Any adoptable bought from me will no longer belong to me , meaning you are allowed to do anything UNLESS stated otherwise (ex. NO ALTERING the character to include things like hate speech) .
- No matter what kind of art it is , credit must still be given to me however way seems fit . (ex. mentioning my acc in your bio if you're using my art as a PFP)
