My hope is to use the work of my hands to pause and reflect. By making earrings, I can use the interruption of my chaotic schedule to reconnect and feel at peace with God.

In Psalms, chapters are broken up with the word, selah, to reflect the musical pause and interruption between chapters.

Selah is also means to lift up and exalt. I believe we can make room in our lives to lift up and exalt our Creator. When we silence the world around us, we experience God and His goodness.
