We sourced the core sensors in Shenzhen, customized the housing in Dongguan, matched the electronic components in Huizhou, and added a unique unboxing design to the packaging to enhance the user experience.

Once the product was completed, we pre-stocked inventory in our U.S. warehouse, enabling 3-day delivery nationwide, and we handled all after-sales service. As the client’s sales grew rapidly, we assigned a dedicated service team to support them and helped them develop over 10 brand extension products. Our technical team also built a custom app to boost the product’s competitiveness. With only three people on their team, the client could focus entirely on marketing — achieving explosive brand growth and financial freedom.

An existing client from the UK decided in 2022 to create a differentiated smart pet water fountain. What started as a simple verbal request turned into a full-scale project — our supply chain team proactively connected him with more than 10 factories, spent 2 months coordinating, and went through over 10 rounds of prototyping before finalizing a stable mass-production solution.

During the collaboration, we discovered that the Swedish interface provided by the watch manufacturer’s software supplier was poorly localized — the translation was awkward, and the layout didn’t match local usage habits.

We took the initiative to coordinate with both the manufacturer and the software supplier, deeply optimizing the interface language: refining the wording to be more natural for Swedish users, improving the layout, and enhancing the overall user interaction. This significantly elevated the user experience. Throughout the communication and negotiations, our commitment to perfection also impressed the manufacturer, allowing us to secure a highly favorable minimum order quantity for the client. Once the product was ready, we pre-stocked inventory in our European warehouse, ensuring delivery within 5 days across Sweden and neighboring countries, while taking full responsibility for after-sales service. Thanks to its localized experience and fast delivery, the smartwatch quickly gained traction in the Swedish market and expanded to Norway and Finland — helping the client build a strong, influential local brand.

A client from Finland wanted to create a high-performance shell jacket that could withstand the extreme Nordic climate for his own brand. He emphasized that the product needed to be warm, windproof, and waterproof, while also reflecting the minimalist and durable aesthetic preferred by Nordic users.

Our team first identified a high-performance waterproof and breathable fabric supplier in Shaoxing, then partnered with a factory in Guangzhou with extensive experience in outdoor sportswear manufacturing. Together, we co-developed the production process. After eight rounds of prototyping and extreme cold simulation tests (including wind resistance testing at -20°C), we finalized a garment solution that was both lightweight and highly protective. During business negotiations, we secured a low minimum order quantity of just 300 pieces, allowing the client to test the new product with minimal risk. To guarantee fast delivery, we pre-stocked inventory in warehouses in the Netherlands and Germany, enabling 5-day delivery across Finland and nearby markets. Once launched, the jacket quickly gained popularity in local outdoor communities and e-commerce platforms, selling over 5,000 units in its first quarter and earning organic recommendations from several Finnish outdoor influencers. As the brand’s reputation grew, we continued to help the client expand the product line — adding fleece jackets and waterproof pants — gradually building the brand into a rising star in Finland’s outdoor market.
