My Process
The process varies depending on the nature of the project and is almost never linear, owing to feedback and iteration processes. From exploration to execution, these are the common pieces in my framework/ workflow for any project.
Sensemaking
User research, brainstorming sessions and workshopping to understand the project needs objectives deeply.
Conceptualisation
Ideating and developing concepts grounded in the understanding of the context.
Prototyping
Building quick and rough prototypes to get feedback from users and test the viability of ideas.
Delivery
Delivering the final output with appropirate user guides, product roll out strategy and plans wherever relevant.
