After uninstalling this software a SafeIps.DLL file remained inside my computer, I managed to delete it after a lto of effort and it destroyed my pc once I did. programs like steam team viewer and so on are not working thus i am forced to format my HDD.

Курочит интернет настройки. Курочит интернет настройки, после удаления создаёт службу которую можно удалить только с помощью спец программ (например Autoruns), засоряет реестр гадит прямо в системную папку Windowssystem32 (SafeIPs.dll, SafeIPS.ini и прочую ересь) удалять в ручную, в реестре прописывает свою 64 разрядную версию драйверов. Использование – поле смены ip перестали открываться страницы во всех браузерах.

Pay for full license. I like to try new program esp free program. Let say it probably useful for who need to access to blocked site with lil bit slow speed. If you pay for license, you might get faster speed. Pros: free Cons: little bit slow
