How Your Referral Uses Your Code
Share your custom referral code with anyone who ships freight. When your referral is ready to book with Rolls Right, they simply enter your code in one of the following places:
1. During Customer Setup
When they fill out our Customer Setup Form, they’ll see a field labeled Referral Code — they just need to enter your referral code there.
2. When Requesting a Quote
If they’re requesting a quote online, they can type your referral code into the Referral Code field on the quote form.
How It Works
1. Share your unique referral code with a new customer.
2. They enter the code during Customer Setup or in the Referral Code section on a quote request.
3. When your referral ships $1,000 or more, you get $100 in credit and they get $100 in credit on their next invoice.
4. Easy. Everyone wins.
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Program is open to existing active customers of Rolls Right (“Referrers”).
1.2. Referred customers (“Referrals”) must be brand-new customers who have not shipped with Rolls Right previously and are not currently in the onboarding process.
1.3. Referrers must be in good standing with no overdue balances.
2. How the Program Works
2.1. Referrers share their unique referral code with potential new customers.
2.2. Referrals must enter the code during Customer Setup OR in the Promo Code field when requesting a quote.
2.3. The referral code must be submitted before or at the time of their first booking; retroactive submissions will not be accepted.
2.4. When the Referral completes $1,000 CAD or more in total freight spend (before taxes and surcharges), both parties qualify for the reward described in Section 3.
3. Rewards
3.1. Upon the Referral reaching $1,000+ in verified shipping spend:

The Referrer receives a $100 account credit toward their next invoice.

The Referral receives a $100 account credit applied to their next invoice.
3.2. Credits:

Have no cash value.
-
Are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Must be used within 6 months of issuance.

May not be applied toward past-due invoices.
4. Verification & Approval
4.1. Rolls Right will verify:

Referral eligibility
-
Referral spend amount
-
Correct use of referral code
-
Compliance with program rules
4.2. Rolls Right reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification from either party before approving rewards.
4.3. Credits may take up to 30 days after the qualifying spend to appear.
5. Misuse, Abuse & Fraud Prevention
5.1. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will void eligibility:

Self-referrals or referrals from the same company, address, or ownership group

Use of false identities, duplicate accounts, or misleading information

Posting or mass-distributing referral codes on coupon sites, public deal forums, or paid ad platforms
-
Referrals that are manufactured, artificial, or created solely to obtain credits
-
Shipping activity that is deemed non-legitimate, temporary, or manipulated solely to meet the $1,000 threshold
5.2. Rolls Right reserves the right to:

Disqualify referrals suspected of fraud or abuse

Cancel rewards issued in error
-
Suspend or terminate participants who violate program terms
6. Limitations
6.1. Referral codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly permitted.
6.2. Only one Referrer can receive credit per Referral.
6.3. Rolls Right has final decision authority on referral validity.
7. Program Modifications
7.1. Rolls Right may modify, pause, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Changes will not affect referrals already approved for rewards.
8. Liability
8.1. Rolls Right is not responsible for:

Technical issues preventing code entry

Incorrect or incomplete submissions

Delays in credit application due to system or verification processes
8.2. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
