I only write reviews for products that I really love... and I LOVE THIS VEST!Besides the front 2 straps being adjustable tight, the bottom side strap adjusts tight and the top side strap can be adjusted very tight so that the vest hugs your body.The weight is spread properly on the shoulder pads, it’s not going to place all of its weight on the stitches. The back pocket is a great place to put my headphone case too. The American flag patch can easily be removed and replaced with whatever Velcro patch or insignia you’d like, or even other things you can hang on Velcro.

Amazing product! I have been struggling with weight loss since I was a child and now I finally see results after I started using this product! I also workout regularly just basic exercises nothing major and I meal prep. This product makes me feel full so I don't need to eat big meals or have seconds/thirds. The only downside is that I feel that it makes me a little shaky.
