Step-by-step requirements to convert Robux into real money.
Robux gained from selling limited items, trading, or selling groups does not count towards DevEx. Only Robux earned from Games, UGC, and Premium Payouts is valid.
Meet the Requirements
- Must be 13 years or older.
- Have verified email address.
- Have at least 30,000 Earned Robux in your account.
- Note: Roblox Premium is NOT required for DevEx (it is only required for trading and selling 3D UGC).
Submit Request
Go to the Creator Dashboard > DevEx page. If eligible, the "Cash Out" button will be enabled. Enter the amount you wish to convert.
Tipalti Registration (First Time)
After your first approval (takes 2-5 days), you will receive an email to create an account on Tipalti (Roblox's payment portal). You will need:
- Government ID (Passport/Driver's License).
- Tax Info (W-8BEN for non-US residents).
- Bank details (PayPal, Local Bank, or Wire Transfer).
