Pinning to v5 because CI loads in the newer v6, which no longer includes minitest/mock. This led to CI failures like this one, which are unrelated to my changes.

Updates the GitHub logos (invertocat + full) as part of the 2026 brand refresh.
Notes for reviewers:
Dimensions are the same for
16and24versionsPaths in the updated logos sit differently within the live area. I've tried to optically match the previous padding and alignement to minimize regressions. It might need a quick review though @CameronFoxly
E.g. of previous and new icons overlayed. Green is new.
