Use -c instead of --check so sha256sum will work on both alpine and ubuntu distros

@jdebbink @Thompson1985 Thank you for this and apologies for the delay. I am closing this PR, but have copied / moved the change to this PR: #227 We wanted to add tests of this action (which we did in this PR) to get into in a better position to accept changes. Thanks for your patience. |
