feat: preset system

Preset system we talked about, nothing super fancy

• i double checked, the modules augmentation work fine even if we just import a preset function instead of the providers directly, all good
• i thought about adding a "priority" system for presets (so we can say when a preset should run, like vite does) but i don’t think we need it now, let’s wait and see if we hit issues before making the codebase more complex I think !
