We have only had it installed last week it had a problem with the pump, reclaim sent a plumber the next day who did a fantastic job who worked tirelessly and fixed the problem and set everthing up including the wifi and app, we love how easy the app works to set the timer for the pump to come on for 5 hours and it switches off after 1.5 hours so doesn't need the 5 hours. I would recommend the Reclaim to anyone who want's a heatpump

So far so good. Easy to manage and with Solar panels very inexpensive to run.

We've replaced gas-hot water with this heat pump and we're not looking back at all. At times we do have issues with the power supply from the grid, which once forced the controller into error mode. However, with the new wireless controllers, the support is able to get the heat pump up and running again in no time.

I replaced my old hot water service with a Reclaim system several years ago and it was one of my best investments. It is reliable and together with my solar panels, has vastly reduced my power costs.

Brilliantly effective, our Reclaim gives us 'free' hot water every day, powered by our solar or house batteries. It's crazy efficient, only running for 1-2 hours daily, and so quiet! Couldn't be happier with our Reclaim!

I have had the heat pump system running for over two years now and no problems so far. The system is set to kick in at 10 am and generally runs for around 90 minutes for my hot water needs. As such it uses mostly solar power and is very cheap to run. Even on cloudy days it draws a fraction of the power that a thermal electric system would. It is basically a reverse leveraged air conditioner and should be reliable. Time will tell.

Easily installed by supplier. Water is a lot hotter than the previous roof top solar water heater. We have solar electricity, no noticeable increase in costs.

We are extremely happy with our Reclaim Heat Pump Hot Water Service! It's been in operation for 3.5 years now, and has been faultless. We have never looked like running out of hot water for four people. I have set it to heat the water during the sunlight hours so that it uses our Solar PV system, for electricity. (Option 4) It should be considerably cheaper than using gas, which our old system used. It also doesn't have or need, a booster element for heating in cold situations, the heat pump''s refrigerant of CO2 makes this possible. It's a great system, I highly recommend it!

WE bought a Reclaim heat pump to replace our gas water heater. We have found it to be really efficient costing far less to run than the gas water heater. We have had a solar hot water service in the past which was great in the summer but extremely inefficient in the winter when you needed boosters to heat the water. In contrast the heat pump uses virtually nothing in the summer when our solar panels provide the electricity required but in the middle of winter it still requires far less poqwer to heat the water than any other system I've used

Our Reclaim 315 litre Heat Pump HWS has been excellent. Basically it's set and forget hot water - we've never run out in the 3 1/2 years we've had it installed. I think I used the boost function maybe twice in that time, as a precautionary measure only. It's been almost entirely powered by our solar panels in that time, using about 2kWh per day. It's very quiet too - from inside the house the only way I know it's running is because the fan moves the leaves on a nearby bush. Outside, I usually can't hear it over the noise of the neighbour's "other brand" heat pump coming over the fence. Highly recommended.

We've had our heat pump hot water system for well over a year (could be two). There is always reliable hot water when we need it. Unlike our old instantaneous gas hot water, you don't have to wait forever for the water to warm up and it runs quietly and cheaply. We haven't noticed any impact on our electricity bill. We had a small issue early on, but the company were quick to sort it out.

I switched from gas to heat pump for my hot water in 2022. I have solar, so it’s basically free hot water, but even if I didn’t, it’s so efficient it would be costing much less than gas. The heat pump is a separate unit to the storage tank and it’s whisper quiet. I am very happy I made the switch and very happy with the Reclaim Energy system.

We installed a Reclaim 315 Lt Heat Pump HWS nearly 4 years ago and our experience with the unit has been most satisfactory. It began our journey getting off gas completely, increasing the size of our solar system getting an EV and installing a battery so we are now effectively off grid. We chose the unit because of it's high COP rating, it's extremely low noise rating and it's ability to schedule it's reheating time to match our solar output. We have convinced 3 of our siblings to install the same unit as we believe it is the best and is value for money.
