يتولى الخبراء المختصين بالترشيح والجهات الرسمية، في مجالات العمل الاجتماعي والمبادرات المجتمعية والمساهمات المجتمعية والإعلام، ترشيح الأفراد والأسر والمؤسسات والمشاريع التي ترى أنها تستحق المنافسة على جائزة روضة للتميز في العمل الاجتماعي، وذلك استنادًا إلى خبراتها المهنية ودورها المباشر في متابعة المبادرات ذات الأثر الوطني.

ويقدم هؤلاء الخبراء والجهات بالإضافة لفريق الرصد والتقييم في الفريق التنفيذي للجائزة قوائم الترشيح مرفقة بتقارير توضح مبررات الاختيار إلى لجنة أمناء الجائزة، ويجوز للجنة طلب أي مواد داعمة أو وثائق إضافية، كما يجوز لها الاعتذار عن قبول الترشيح في حال عدم استيفائه معايير الجائزة أو وضوحه خارج نطاق الصلاحيات المقررة للجهة المرشحة.

Experts specializing in nominations and official bodies in the fields of social work, community initiatives, community contributions, and media nominate individuals, families, institutions, and projects they deem worthy of competing for the Rawda Award for Excellence in Social Work. This nomination is based on their professional experience and direct role in monitoring initiatives with national impact.

These experts and bodies, along with the monitoring and evaluation team within the award's executive team, submit nomination lists accompanied by reports explaining the rationale for selection to the award's Board of Trustees. The Board may request any supporting materials or additional documents and may decline a nomination if it does not meet the award criteria or if it clearly falls outside the scope of the nominating entity's mandate.
