Have you ever wondered how you'd survive in the big house, locked up with hardened criminals and tough guards? Well, Prison Life probably won't answer that question for you. This multiplayer Roblox game puts you in the role of either a prisoner or a guard; the prisoner's job is to escape, while the guard's job, predictably, is to stop prisoners escaping -- or is it?

Keeping order in the prison can be tricky; guards have the option to handcuff prisoners or stun them with tasers. Both methods incapacitate prisoners temporarily. When the gloves come off, guards can grab weapons from their armoury and shoot recalcitrant inmates. The result is that the prison can frequently turn into a massive gun battle. At least it makes a change from dining in the cafeteria and aimlessly hopping up and down in the yard. Breaking out unlocks a new class, the criminal. A guard who kills enough prisoners winds up as an inmate and can then escape, allowing one player to experience all three classes.

Fundamentally, Prison Life is like most of its fellow Roblox games: a fun timewaster, and an interesting look at what's possible with the system, but doesn't have a lot of depth to it. Still, it's amusing to see the cheerful Roblox characters shanking each other in the prison yard.
