Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force is asking the public to help locate two individuals. A man who was arrested on human trafficking charges on March 24, 2021. Thomas Birdsall and four co-conspirators were indicted by a Franklin County grand jury on Feb. 9, 2021.
On 27 felony charges that include engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, promoting prostitution, possessing weapons under disability, trafficking in drugs and money laundering. Birdsall was arrested by the Central Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force. The arrest is the first step of a long-term human trafficking investigation.
Birdsall’s co-conspirators are Jassen Gray, Arlisa Fowler, Jessica Kirschbaum and Larry Carter. Gray is incarcerated on unrelated drug charges. Fowler was arrested on Feb. 12, 2021.
