Hey what's up everyone! Thank you for showing your support and love for my work through Patreon! This is the first time I'm doing subscription-based things, so bare with me as I figure all of this out! I'm a Black, queer (bi-sexual) man born and raised in Oakland, CA and currently living in Philadelphia. I've always looked at the world a little differently, and someone at an early age suggested that we always ask "why". I started doing just that. And when we get to many of the underlying causes for the various harms in the world, it's systems. The Big Three (IMO) are white supremacy, patriarchy, and capitalism. They push us farther away from truth, love, and community. My goal of this Patreon is to move us closer to our authentic selves and push back against the various systems that keep us stuck. I plan to release content for social workers, therapists, and movement workers. I'll have some content that's more focused on me and my journey, and as a queer Black man who is HIV+ from Oakland... I have some stories lol. I'll also have exclusive Q&A sessions and/or virtual Happy Hours, so I can give more personalized answers to questions or we can just shoot the breeze.
