Hi there, I'm Wi-Moto Nyoka, founder and head Spooky Black Chick at Dusky Projects. I started this Patreon to find my tribe 'cause I can't stand being the only one in the room anymore.  I’m not really trying to persuade anyone of anything but more turn on my lighthouse, so to speak. Let folx know that they’re safe here, this is for us: BIPOC, queer, nerds who never sat at the cool kids table. For the misfits, weirdos, dorks, awkward and off putting, on the spectrum, nobody knows what-the-fux-we’re-talking-about, people. All my work is copyrighted and all that good stuff, but I also want to share new work and never before seen things that I have cooking. So, by joining this Patreon you agree not to: steal my work and call it yours, sell my work to profit off a Black woman (wagging finger here), share my work without my permission (because, consent, duh) or any predatory actions that involve extraction, oppression, or just plain mean girl b.s. I wanna build a space where we can have fun, explore magical realms, imagine, without the distraction of racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, abilism, etc, etc. I want/need one place where I can just play and not be bothered will all that. I intend for this Patreon to be that space. My lighthouse is on. Come thru :)
