Samsung Enhanced Partnership Programme is a corporate benefit programme for employees of Samsung Electronics Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Samsung”), which provides access to an exclusive online store (the “EPP Store”) that offers exclusive deals on a wide range of Samsung products (each, a “Samsung Product”).

Any form of unauthorised sharing or distribution of EPP Store access credentials for unauthorised users is strictly prohibited.

Voucher codes in relation to any promotions on the EPP Store (each, a “Promotion”) are valid exclusively for use on the EPP Store only and cannot be redeemed through any other Samsung platforms or public channels.

Digital Appliances purchased under Samsung Enhanced Partnership Programme (EPP) do not qualify for free gift(s) or bundle package(s).

In the event of a return or refund of a Samsung Product, the amount refunded shall be adjusted to reflect the value of the discount: from the EPP Store; and/or (ii) applied under the applicable Promotion. The discounted amount shall have been deducted from the total refund value.

Samsung reserves the right, to reject any order if it determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that the EPP Store has been used in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Samsung reserves the right to: amend these Terms and Conditions; and/or (ii) amend, suspend or terminate any Promotions on the EPP Store, at any time and without prior notice.
