OakStoke Steelworks started with a simple idea: the tools at the grill should be as reliable as the food you're cooking. Wire brushes kept ending up on recalls. We were tired of the compromise, so we built something better out of the same steel used in commercial kitchens.
Everything we make is designed and shipped in the USA. We're a small operation and we intend to stay that way. Every product that leaves our shop has been through our hands. That's the point.

A bristle-free grill tool uses a solid edge, in our case a single piece of 304 stainless steel, instead of wire bristles to clean grill grates. No bristles means nothing can break off into your food.
