See full event calendarNEW UPDATE: Friday Jummah Prayer — New Location at UiS 🕌✨
Due to the growing number of students attending Friday Jummah prayers, the current prayer space in SiS has become too limited and overcrowded.
To ensure a more comfortable, focused, and well-organized prayer experience, MSiS is working to relocate Friday Jummah prayers to a larger venue on campus.
- Proposed Location Arne Rettedal Building, room VU-04 (theater room).
- Capacity Approximately 50 people, with microphone and speaker system available.
- Why this change? To accommodate more students, reduce overcrowding, and ensure clear audio for the Imam during the khutbah.
- Status Room booking request has been sent to UiS Timeplan. Final confirmation will be announced as soon as approval is received.
Once confirmed, Friday Jummah prayers will continue as usual under the leadership of our Imam, with improved space and accessibility for everyone.
Please stay updated through our website and social media for final confirmation.
