✔️ Before your appointment
• Please arrive with clean lashes — no mascara
• If you wear contact lenses, you must remove them before the service.
Please bring your lens case to safely store them.
• Appointments can be transferred to another person if needed.

✔️ Appointment / Cancellation policy
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
• Please note that time changes on the day of your appointment are not allowed. If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 2 days in advance.
• A deposit of 20% of the service fee is required to confirm your booking.
Your appointment will be officially secured once the deposit is received.

✔️ Refill policy
• Refills are accepted within 3 weeks of your original appointment, and at least 40% of the extensions must remain.
After this period, a full set will be required.

✔️ Hygiene & Safety
• All tools are single-use for your safety.
• If you have any eye infections or allergic reactions, your appointment may be declined.

✔️ 시술 전 안내
• 시술 전 마스카라는 깨끗하게 지워주세요.
• 렌즈 착용 시, 시술 전 반드시 **렌즈를 제거해야 하므로 렌즈 보관용기(렌즈통)**를 꼭 지참해주세요.
• 예약은 타인에게 양도하실 수 있습니다.

✔️ 예약 및 취소 정책
• 예약 시간보다 10분 이상 지각 시, 시술 시간이 줄어들거나 예약이 자동 취소될 수 있습니다.
• 당일 취소 또는 노쇼는 추후 예약에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.
• 예약 당일에는 시간 변경이 불가능합니다. 변경이 필요하신 경우, 최소 2일 전까지 미리 말씀해주세요.
• 예약금은 시술 금액의 20%이며, 입금 확인 시 최종 예약이 확정됩니다.

✔️ 리필 안내
• 시술 후 3주 이내에 40%이상 남은 상태로 오셔야 리필이 가능하며, 그 이후 방문 시에는 새 시술로 간주됩니다.

✔️ 개인 위생 및 안전
• 위생을 위해 모든 도구는 1회용을 사용하고 있습니다.
• 눈에 염증이나 알레르기 증상이 있을 경우, 시술이 제한될 수 있습니다.

✔️ Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours.
✔️ Avoid using oil-based products around the eye area.
✔️ Do not use mascara (until the extensions fall off naturally) or get lash perms/curls.
✔️ Brush and wash your lashes daily after the first 24 hours.
✔️ Do not pick or pull your lashes. This can cause your natural lashes to fall out. If they get twisted or out of place, gently brush them back into place.
✔️ Avoid sleeping face-down or on your side, as it can damage the shape and retention of the lashes.

✔️ 연장 후 24시간 동안 속눈썹에 물이 닿지 않도록 해주세요.
✔️ 눈가 주변에 오일 베이스 제품(클렌저, 아이크림, 리무버 등) 사용을 피해주세요.
✔️ 속눈썹이 자연스럽게 떨어질 때까지 마스카라나 펌, 뷰러 사용은 삼가주세요.
✔️ 24시간이 지난 후에는 매일 속눈썹을 부드럽게 빗어주시고 세척해주세요.
✔️ 속눈썹을 뜯거나 잡아당기지 마세요. 자연 속눈썹까지 함께 빠질 수 있어요. 속눈썹이 돌아가거나 엉킨 경우에는 살짝 빗어 정리해주세요.
✔️ 엎드리거나 옆으로 자는 습관은 속눈썹의 모양과 유지력을 떨어뜨릴 수 있어요. 가능하면 정면을 보고 자는 자세를 권장드립니다.
